Am I Too Old?

I have been having serious baby pangs and I do mean serious. My sister just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl last Thursday and the pangs have hit me full force. Holding a tiny little baby just makes my heart ache.

I will be the first to admit that I was jealous when she told me she was pregnant, also worried for her, you see, she is my older sister, 39 when she announced the pregnancy and 40 when she gave birth. I am truly happy for her though, she made it through the pregnancy with some issues along the way and then had a natural childbirth to boot!

Now here I am, 37, will be 38 next month, I have two beautiful boys, 5 and 10 and my heart is yearning for a girl. The hubby just brushes me off when I talk about it, so I don't think he is the least bit interested in going through the baby trials again, but I can't shake it :(

Am I just too old to even be going there? So many questions, *sigh* Thanks for letting me get it all down on (virtual) paper :)
